FAQ – Delivery

What delivery methods do you offer?  We provide expedited, overnight, standard, priority mail, or Flat-rate delivery options. We basically deal with registered logistics companies provide safe deliveries within Nigeria.

How long will each shipping method take?  For each shipping to destinations outside Lagos and Ogun state delivery approximately takes about 3 to 7 days for the orders to be delivered.

Delivery within Lagos and Ogun state only takes a maximum of 48hrs.

How do you define a business day and is there a cut-off for same-day orders?  Orders delivery will be processed immediately it is received.

Do you charge handling or processing fee?  No, we do not charge our customers additional cost except for the cost of the product.

How long is your handling time?  Immediately a customer places an order and we receive a payment. Our handling time takes less than 30min.

What are your shipping restrictions? We do not have any shipping restrictions as we can delivery to any location in Nigeria.

How do you handle shipping delays?   In cases where our customers are experiencing shipping delays, we will track the shipping status with the logistics company. Please note that the logistics company might sometimes experience delay during the cause of delivery depending on the traffic condition.

Do you offer International shipping? No, we do not offer international shipping.

What are your return, refund and exchange process like?  Please note, we do not offer replacement or refund in anyway. Please refer to our refund and return policy.
