Delivery Zone:

Deliveries are currently available in all States in Nigeria. We define specific delivery zones within the States where we operate and provide delivery services. These zones may be subject to change based on our operational capabilities and logistics partners. If delivery service is unavailable in the State of your choice, you can have your orders delivered to the nearest landmark to that state. In the event, we shall require a valid identity card to verify your identity or your waybill receipt before the product is released to you.

 

Delivery Timeframe:

We strive to provide accurate delivery timeframes for each order. However, please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, logistical challenges, or unforeseen circumstances. The estimated delivery timeframe will be communicated to the Customer during the checkout process and in subsequent order communications.

 

Delivery Charges:

Delivery charges may vary based on the Customer’s location, the weight and dimensions of the product, and any ongoing promotions or discounts. The applicable delivery charges will be displayed during the checkout process before the Customer confirms their order.

 

Delivery Attempts:

We will attempt to deliver the product to the specified address provided by the Customer during the checkout process. If the delivery is unsuccessful due to the unavailability of the recipient or incorrect address information, additional attempts may be made. Customers should ensure that accurate and complete delivery information is provided to avoid any delivery delays or complications.

 

Delivery Confirmation:

Upon successful delivery of the product, a delivery confirmation will be generated and sent to your registered email address in our records. This confirmation may include the recipient’s  timestamp, or any other relevant proof of delivery. In some cases, deliveries may be accepted by authorized persons at the specified address, such as receptionists or security personnel.

 

Force Majeure:

In circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events, we may experience disruptions in our delivery services. We will make every effort to minimize any inconvenience caused, but we shall not be held liable for any delay or non-delivery arising from such events.
